Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Customer Agent for a FinTech company in Athens, Greece, on‑site. You will deliver high-quality support in French via phone, email and live chat, assisting with account setup, payments and wallet usage.

Log interactions in the CRM, collaborate with technical and compliance teams, and uphold GDPR data privacy and security standards. Fluent French and good English are required for internal communication.

Qualifications

• Native French speaking is essential.
• Proficient English for internal communication and documentation.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in FinTech or financial services.
• Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat for FinTech products.
• Assist French-speaking clients with account setup, onboarding, and use of digital payments and financial tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to transactions, verification, and digital wallet functionality.
• Log interactions in CRM and maintain records in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (tech support, compliance, fraud) to resolve complex cases.
