Cross Border Talents is hiring a French Speaker (Customer Support) to join our on-site team in Lisbon. You will handle inbound inquiries in French via phone, email and chat, delivering helpful solutions with empathy.

We expect C2-level French and good English (B2+). The role includes rotating shifts, meal allowance, health insurance after day 1 with later full coverage, and relocation support for Lisbon newcomers.

Your Schedule

Monday to Sunday

07:0023:00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage
