Job summary

ClearSource in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Freelance Marketing Automation Developer to join the Marketing & Digital team on a long-term, hybrid basis.

You will contribute with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to produce and maintain 100+ emails, landing pages, forms and tools, while personalising journeys and ensuring governance and quality.

The role focuses on delivering timely campaign blocks and collaborating with go-to-market managers to drive performance for both B2C and B2B.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platforms.
• Ability to design personalised customer experiences and journeys across channels.

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign briefs into engaging, on-brand experiences across emails, landing pages, forms and digital tools.
• Build and deliver campaign assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including emails, landing pages and forms.
• Personalise content using customer data to create relevant journeys across channels with AMPscript and other scripting languages.
• Develop and optimise email templates, visuals and icons to boost campaign performance.
• Govern assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud ensuring security and quality.
• Support testing, implementation and rollout of new marketing automation capabilities.
