Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Automation Consultant at Reditus, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions for our diverse client base. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement or Salesforce Account Engagement to create exceptional customer journeys and drive marketing success. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to expand your skills by learning Core Salesforce configuration, further enhancing your value as a consultant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Consulting and Analysis: Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into technical requirements for the Marketing Cloud or Pardot platform.
• Implementation and Configuration: Building and managing campaigns, including email campaigns, customer journeys using Journey Builder, and automation workflows in Automation Studio.
• Data Management: Overseeing data integration, segmentation, and ensuring data quality within Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Client Enablement: Providing training and support to clients to ensure they can effectively utilize the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and best practices to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
• Salesforce Core Skills Development: Actively learning and applying Core Salesforce configuration skills to support broader project needs.

Your Profile

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with a solid foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience: Approximately 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder or Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement).
• Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential for this role.
• Technical Acumen: A good understanding of marketing automation principles, data models, and integration concepts.
• Consulting Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
• Eagerness to Learn: A demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to learn Core Salesforce configuration and expand your skillset.
• Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant) are a significant advantage.
