A Global Biopharmaceutical Company is seeking an experienced HR Data & Insights Specialist to transform Talent and HR data into actionable insights. The role blends HR, data analytics, technology and business analysis, focusing on Power BI, Fabric, data quality and automation.

You will partner with Talent stakeholders, technology teams and suppliers to deliver scalable analytics solutions and intuitive dashboards in a modern HR data environment, with a hybrid work model in Anderlecht.

Qualifications

• Experience working with HR, Talent or workforce data within a reporting, analytics or business analysis environment.
• Experience in Life Sciences.
• Strong experience with large datasets, including data preparation, transformation, validation, analysis and visualisation.
• Strong Power BI capability, including data modelling, KPI development, dashboard creation and user-focused visualisation.
• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and lakehouse-based analytics environments.
• Experience developing, maintaining or migrating R-based reporting or analytical solutions.
• Working knowledge of SQL and DAX.
• Strong business analysis skills with requirements gathering, process analysis, KPI definition, user stories and UAT.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions.
• Experience collaborating with business owners, technical teams and external partners.
• Structured, detail-oriented with ownership of delivery, quality and deadlines.
• Proactive, service-focused mindset with ability to manage recurring reporting alongside project work.

Responsabilités

• Deliver HR reporting and analytics outputs, both recurring and ad hoc.
• Translate business questions into reporting outputs and KPIs.
• Analyse workforce data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop and improve reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel and R.
• Ensure solutions are well documented and fit for purpose.
• Support self-service reporting and data literacy initiatives.
• Govern dashboards and manage access and governance.
