Responsibilities

• Designing and developing a central product database to consolidate and structure product information from our existing booking system.
• Building integrations between the source system and the product database, ensuring reliable data exchange.
• Developing an API layer that makes standardized product information available to other applications, including a new Quote Management System.

You'll combine your expertise in software development, system integration and solution architecture to create a scalable foundation for managing and distributing product information across different applications.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing a central Product Service that makes product information from our booking system available to other applications in a standardized and reliable way. You'll help shape the technical architecture, build the necessary integrations and establish a solid foundation for automated testing, working closely with our internal technology teams.

Your role includes.

This is a freelance assignment until the end of December 2026 (extension possible), with a start as soon as possible. You can work from either Belgium or the Netherlands.

What makes you a great fit?

What's on your CV, is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. You're an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in backend development, databases, API development and system integrations. You're comfortable contributing to solution architecture while remaining actively involved in hands‑on development. You understand how to design scalable and maintainable services, integrate data from existing systems and establish effective automated testing practices. You are analytical, pragmatic and able to work independently while collaborating closely with internal engineering teams. You take ownership of technical challenges and translate architectural concepts into working solutions. Professional proficiency in English is sufficient; knowledge of Dutch is not required.

Experience with product data management, centralized data services or quote management solutions is considered an asset.
