Mediahuis nv is seeking a Freelance Technical AI & License Coordinator to strengthen our Digital Workplace & Collaboration and Identity & Access Management teams. This part-time, freelance assignment starts as soon as possible and runs through December 2026, with about one full day per week at our Antwerp office.

You will coordinate license lifecycles for AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Claude Code, CoWork), analyze usage data in BI reports, and act as SPOC for the AI Forum across DWC

Qualifications

• Strong affinity with technology and AI; analytical and structured.
• Familiar with LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers and APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
• License management experience; comfortable with Excel and BI reports.

• Act as a SPOC within the AI Forum working group for the DWC and IAM teams.
• Help coordinate tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Claude Code and CoWork.
• Connect the technical side of AI tooling with our identity environment, including Microsoft Entra ID.

a freelance Technical AI & License Coordinator to temporarily strengthen our Digital Workplace & Collaboration (DWC) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) teams.

As AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Claude Code and CoWork become increasingly important within our organization, we're looking for someone who can help us bring structure to the technical, licensing and usage side of these tools.

Your impact.

As our Technical AI & License Coordinator, you'll become an important link between our DWC and IAM teams, AI tooling and the wider organization. You'll help us understand how AI tools are being used, how licenses are allocated and consumed, and how we can manage their lifecycle efficiently. You'll also act as a Single Point of Contact within our AI Forum working group for the DWC and IAM teams. You'll bring together technical information, usage data and stakeholder questions and translate these into clear insights and actions. You don't need to be an AI developer, but you do understand the technology behind modern AI solutions. Concepts such as LLMs, APIs, MCP servers and AI agents are familiar to you, and you understand how they interact within an enterprise environment.

What makes you a great fit?

What's on your CV is important but is by no means the only thing we attach importance to. You combine a strong affinity with technology and AI with an analytical and structured way of working. You're familiar with modern AI tools and have a good understanding of concepts such as LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers and APIs. You also have experience with or a good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and IAM. License management isn't new to you. You know how to keep track of allocation and usage, are comfortable working with Excel and data, and can consult and interpret information from BI reports without needing to configure the BI environment yourself. You're a clear communicator who takes ownership and feels comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders. Since you'll be working within our group-wide organization, fluency in Dutch is required and you must be excellent in English.

What's about to become your second home?

You'll join TPS, the international technology organization of Mediahuis, and work closely with our DWC and IAM teams in an environment where AI tooling is rapidly evolving. This is a part-time freelance assignment of approximately 0.5 FTE, starting as soon as possible and currently planned until the end of December 2026. We expect you to work one full day per week from our Mediahuis office at Linkeroever in Antwerp, preferably on a Tuesday or Friday. The remaining working time can be organized flexibly in alignment with the team.
