Michael Page zoekt een Freelance Finance Manager voor een multinational in België. U leidt een klein team van twee finance administrators en coördineert met externe dienstverleners en stakeholders verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van internationale entiteiten.

Freelance Finance Manager

• Team Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead and support a team of two finance administrators while coordinating with external service providers and stakeholders responsible for the financial administration of international entities.
• Accounting & Payment Oversight: Prepare and review complex accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while overseeing banking transactions and payment processes.
• Month-End Closing & Group Consolidation: Manage the monthly closing cycle and oversee the consolidation of group entities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Reconciliations & Cash Flow Management: Supervise balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, ensuring consistency between financial and sub-ledger records, with a strong focus on cash flow monitoring and reconciliation.
• Financial Reporting & Business Analysis: Produce monthly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
• Statutory & Consolidated Financial Statements: Coordinate the preparation of annual statutory and consolidated financial statements in compliance with both Belgian GAAP and IFRS requirements.
• Audit & Financial Control Support: Act as a key point of contact during the annual external audit process, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate documentation and timely resolution of audit requests.

Profiel

You must have/be:- Senior experience in accounting, reporting, consolidation; - Experience in management of financial profiles; - Professional level in Dutch and English.
