Renaix is seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Accounting & Reporting to join its global finance leadership. The role covers financial reporting, accounting, controls, compliance, and process improvement with collaboration across local management and the international finance organisation.

You will lead accounting and reporting for multiple entities, ensure month-end and statutory reporting accuracy, strengthen control environments, and drive improvements across SAP-driven processes while

• Strong background in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience leading teams and working with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating within a multi-entity or international organisation.
• Experience with SAP and finance process improvement.
