Michael Page in Brussels seeks an Accounting and Reporting Manager to lead a growing finance function. You will ensure accurate reporting and financial transparency while partnering with IT, Legal and other teams on cost management.

You will oversee central accounting, reporting and control for expenditures, manage relationships with property owners, review monthly results and drive month-end activities with a focus on process improvements. You’ll develop a small team and foster collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Solid accounting background with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills - French and Dutch
• Previous experience managing and developing team members, with a genuine interest in people leadership.
• Strong business partnering mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience working in an international, multi-entity or shared services environment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP; experience with ERP implementations or system improvements is highly valued.

This newly created position combines technical accounting expertise, business partnering and people management, offering the opportunity to build and develop a function with significant visibility across the organization.

You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders while ensuring accurate reporting, financial transparency and high-quality service delivery.
