OpenUp is seeking a Founding Account Executive for Belgium (BNLX) to lead our market entry and growth. You will own the medium enterprise segment end-to-end, shaping strategy, positioning, and execution with strong cross-functional support.

You’ll build a network from the ground up, acquire new clients, and serve as the Belgium market voice within the team. Fluency in Dutch and French, plus English, is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or high-growth startups.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; strong English proficiency.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent networking skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end sales process for the Belgium market, from market exploration to closing contracts.
• Build and manage a pipeline; plan and run sales conversations; negotiate terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership to shape market entry and strategy.
• Represent OpenUp as the face of Belgium, building a local partner network and acquiring medium-size enterprise clients.
