Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Belgium is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a premium in-store experience and meet daily sales goals.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, visual merchandising, and reporting analysis. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; retail experience of 1 year is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR B2) required or higher.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
