Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Belgium to blend business strategy with hands-on store leadership. You will oversee opening and closing routines, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and drive efficient operations while training staff and maintaining brand standards.

With a focus on customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, you will analyze reports to guide decisions and ensure excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English & Dutch required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to drive results.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and uphold Company Culture and Values.
