VOI is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to split time between repair tasks (80%) and managerial duties (20%), guiding a team of Fleet Specialists.

You will hire, train and monitor performance, coordinate with site managers to optimize shifts, and ensure safety and quality standards across day-to-day operations in Belgium.

This hands-on role requires a proactive attitude, strong ownership and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• We require a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience repairing scooters.
• Prior leadership experience and ability to promote teamwork.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and G-suite tools.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Logistics: support and collaborate with the team on receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Upholding Quality Standards: identify and rectify damaged vehicles with care.
• Team Management: oversee activities, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive performance.
