Voi Technology is seeking a hands-on Fleet Specialist Team Lead in Belgium to divide time 80% on repair tasks and 20% on managerial duties such as hiring, training and performance follow-up for the Fleet Specialists.

You will coordinate logistics, uphold quality standards, oversee team activities, and collaborate with site managers to optimize schedules and ensure safe, efficient operations, while fostering a high-performing culture within a diverse team.

Qualifikationen

• A valid driving license.
• Fluent in English & French.
• Experience with repairing scooters.
• Previous leadership experience and skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration.
• Basic knowledge and ability to use digital tools, including MS Office and G-suite.
• A strong sense of ownership and a proactive and positive attitude.

Aufgaben

• Divide time between repair tasks (80%) and managerial tasks (20%).
• Hire, train and follow up on performance for Fleet Specialists.
• Coordinate logistics: receiving, packing and deploying new vehicles.
• Identify and rectify damaged vehicles with the team to uphold quality standards.
• Oversee team activities, ensure safety and efficiency, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with site managers to optimize work schedules and shifts.
