DEME Group is seeking a highly analytical Technical Works Manager to optimize fleet intervention projects and align schedules with production priorities. You will translate prepared work packages into feasible, detailed planning and ensure safe, efficient, and budget-compliant execution.

You will cooperate with Technical Engineering, Vessel Management and execution teams, coordinating across HQ and on-site abroad, with a focus on preparation and precise scheduling.

Competenze

• Technical Master Degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Primavera and Microsoft Project (learnable on the job).
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate and report on complex technical projects.

Mansioni

• Receive and review ready-to-schedule job packages from technical engineers.
• Develop integrated schedules allocating skills, resources, and requirements.
• Oversee stage gate preparation and prepare schedules for Technical Supervisors.
• Monitor daily progress and report mitigating actions to accelerate tasks.
• Ensure timely starts by coordinating safety audits, site arrivals and tool availability.
• Lead small repair jobs when the project manager is absent and coordinate technicians.
