Job summary

DEME is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to drive the technical preparation of maintenance and repair activities across its fleet. You will coordinate projects, prepare fiches and plans, and ensure vessels operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate maintenance, repair and improvement projects for our fleet.
• Deliver fully prepared technical fiches/plans ready for execution.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose technical improvements with reliability team.
• Provide technical advice to procurement and support negotiations with subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site visits to ships for assessments and preparation.
