Vivid Resourcing is recruiting a Financial Controller for a Bruges-based role with a growing international organisation. The position offers ownership of closing processes, budgeting and strategic financial planning, with direct exposure to CFO and senior management.

You willAnalyse P&L, margins and working capital while driving reporting improvements and automation. The role provides autonomy, a strong career path and an international setting in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Analyse P&L, margins, profitability and working capital
• Build management reporting and turn numbers into actionable insights
• Partner with Operations, Sales and senior management
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Support investment decisions and business cases
• Improve financial processes, controls and reporting
• Drive automation, digitalisation and ERP improvements
• Take ownership of projects beyond traditional controlling

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - BRUGES - UP TO €5,500 GROSS + COMPANY CAR

I’m currently recruiting for a Financial Controller opportunity in Bruges with a growing international organisation.

This is much more than a traditional reporting role. You’ll have real ownership, visibility and influence, working closely with senior management and helping shape the future of the Finance function.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
