Vivid Resourcing is seeking a Financial Controller to join an established international technology and distribution company in Limburg, Belgium. This hybrid role offers exposure to month-end close, reporting, and broader finance responsibilities.

You will work with the Finance Manager and diverse teams, developing toward a Senior Finance Manager position as you grow the business partnering capabilities and accounting expertise.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting foundation with hands-on experience.
• Senior Accountant, Financial Controller or similar background.
• Ready to move into a broader, business-facing finance role.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of journals, reconciliations and double-entry accounting.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Financial Controller – International Technology Company

Location: Limburg, Belgium, Hybrid

We’re looking for a Financial Controller to join the finance team of an established international technology and distribution company in the Limburg region.

This could be a great next step for someone working as a financial controller or someone with a strong accounting background who wants to move into a broader finance role, with the opportunity to develop towards a Senior Finance Manager position over time.

The role:

You’ll support the day-to-day finance function, with a particular focus on month-end closing, reporting and general ledger accounting. As you settle into the role, there will also be opportunities to get more involved with the wider business.

• Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting
• Preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger
• Supporting cash-flow forecasting
• Preparing financial reports and ad-hoc analysis
• Working closely with the Finance Manager and wider business
