Vivid Resourcing in Ghent is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to partner with senior leadership, shaping strategic decisions and driving performance across multiple entities. You will lead monthly close, ensure data integrity, and drive budgeting and forecasting in a fast-growing international environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years in controlling/FP&A, strong Excel and modelling skills, and experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar.
• 5–8+ years of experience in controlling, audit, or FP&A.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights.
• Proactive, hands-on, and business-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités
