You will manage month-end close, budgeting and forecasts, and provide senior stakeholders with actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller in international environments.
• Strong capabilities in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets and forecasts to support business decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, costs and variances, providing meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance, including processes, systems and reporting.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience working as a Financial Controller within a complex or international organisation.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes.

Desirable Criteria

• Experience working within or another multinational environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and/or finance transformation projects.
