Job summary

8advisory in Brussels is seeking a Senior Manager to join the CFO Advisory team. You will collaborate with senior experts on transformation, restructuring and transaction services, providing an operational perspective during due diligence and related programs.

You will prepare presentations for boards, investors and C-suite, steer and mentor junior staff, and ensure timely delivery while actively contributing to business development and thought leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance or Economics.
• 5–8 years in Finance, Audit or Consulting.
• Experience in operations, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Proven financial, accounting or operational skills.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch advantageous.
• Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational perspective during due diligence, restructuring or transformation programs.
• Prepare presentations and reports for board members, investors, M&A advisors, and C-suite.
• Mentor junior team members and guide day-to-day work.
• Report to senior project team on progress and issues.
• Ensure timely execution of assignments to high standards.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
