Job summary

EIGHT ADVISORY SAS is seeking a Manager Restructuring to lead client engagements and drive turnaround strategies from diagnostics through implementation. You will guide analysts and consultants, coordinating strategic initiatives and high-stakes negotiations with creditors and investors.

You will manage diverse teams, develop tailored financial solutions, and contribute to business development while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery across international teams based in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven leadership of teams and complex projects.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead restructuring projects from diagnostics to implementation.
• Oversee detailed financial and operational analyses, liquidity forecasts, and models.
• Advise in negotiations with creditors, investors, and shareholders.
• Develop and present restructuring options aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project teams and mentor analysts.
