You will partner with clients to design and execute strategies, including IFRS and Sustainable Finance, and oversee ERP deployments (SAP, Oracle, Workday) to enhance finance processes and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in finance transformation consulting, preferably in financial services.
• Educational background aligned with finance and management.
• Expertise in accounting, financial reporting and management reporting.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, pain points and opportunities.
• Develop and execute development strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships.
• Lead design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives including IFRS and Sustainable Finance requirements.
• Assess, diagnose issues and recommend solutions for finance processes, systems, data and organisation.
• Support ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday) to streamline finance operations and analytics.
• Develop thought leadership content, methodologies and tools to differentiate the practice.
• Build relationships with external partners and leverage the network to stay ahead of trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practices to create impact for clients.
