Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience with requirements gathering and functional analysis.
• Good understanding of finance terminology and processes and ability to communicate with finance stakeholders.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Independent, proactive work style with limited guidance.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, challenge and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support solution design.
• Analyze processes, data flows and business challenges to identify solutions.
• Work with finance stakeholders on reporting, planning, consolidation and performance management.
• Facilitate communication between business users, project teams and technical experts.
• Participate in functional analysis, testing and validation for milestones.
• Support data analysis and reconciliation efforts as required.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex situations across multiple initiatives.
