Qualifications

We are looking for a highly adaptable Business Analyst to support a fast-paced and evolving finance transformation environment. The team is currently facing a significant workload driven by critical upcoming deliverables, shifting priorities, and continuously evolving business requirements.

The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic setting where not all requirements are fully defined upfront. We are therefore looking for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, works proactively, and can quickly understand both financial and technical topics. Rather than waiting for detailed instructions, this person takes ownership, asks the right questions, and actively helps bring structure and clarity to complex situations.

This role sits at the intersection of Finance and Technology, requiring close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, FP&A teams, Business Controllers, Consolidation teams, and other internal stakeholders.

A significant part of the role will focus on gathering, clarifying, and translating business requirements related to processes and systems. The consultant will support the delivery of key project milestones while helping stakeholders navigate ongoing changes, new requirements, and evolving priorities.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a high-speed environment, remains effective under changing circumstances, and is energized by solving problems in situations where not everything is known from day one.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred, but strong relevant experience and BA/MA level of thinking/capabilities can compensate.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced corporate environment
