Fieldside is seeking a highly flexible Business Analyst to support a rapidly evolving finance transformation program in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on gathering, clarifying, and translating business requirements across processes and systems, while engaging stakeholders from Finance and other business areas.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates confidently, and quickly grasp financial and technical concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; relevant experience can compensate.
3–5 years in a fast-paced business environment.
Strong communication with Finance and FP&A stakeholders.
Self-driven and proactive with limited guidance.
Understanding of financial terminology and processes.
Experience collecting requirements and performing functional analysis.

Responsibilities

Gather, clarify and document business requirements for processes and systems.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
Act as trusted partner by understanding business goals and system capabilities.
Facilitate communication between business users, project teams and technical experts.
Support data analysis and reconciliations when needed.
Assist with data governance and data quality in finance processes.
Contribute to functional analysis, testing, and validation to ensure delivery.
