Job summary

Cohabs is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Finance team in improving financial processes, building reporting tools, and turning data into actionable insights across our markets.

You will contribute to finance operations, rent collection, ad hoc projects, and business reporting, while participating in month-end closing. The ideal candidate is currently studying economics/finance, proficient in Excel, and fluent in French and English.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing higher education in economics, finance, or a business-related field.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with pivot tables and formulas.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support Finance operations to improve, streamline, and automate financial processes.
• Monitor rent collection and reporting across Cohabs rooms worldwide.
• Independently manage ad hoc finance projects to strengthen internal processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to build internal reporting tools.
• Assist in month-end closing by preparing controlling and accounting files.
