Responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and analyze information to assess cases and make well-founded decisions.
• Handle complex cases involving investments, loans, transfers, and fraud/disputes.
• Communicate professionally with customers, offices, and external parties and explain decisions clearly.
• Process cases administratively correctly, completely, and within established SLAs.
• Make decisions independently within your authority while following guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process and service delivery improvements.
• Identify risks, perform checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
