Qualifications

• You will manage and develop a client portfolio and provide support for their financial projects and wealth management. This includes, for example, guiding a client who dreams of a vacation home in optimizing their investment plan, or helping them develop a retirement strategy that aligns with their personal goals;
• You proactively identify clients’ needs and present them with customized solutions. You serve as their guide through the world of banking services and ensure they are connected with our experts in insurance, real estate, and telecommunications. Thanks to this close collaboration, you not only offer a broader range of services to clients but also strengthen your own knowledge by exchanging experiences with fellow specialists;
• You build long‑term relationships with clients and anticipate the financial needs of their families, including the next generation;
• You’ll collaborate with colleagues and specialized teams to ensure comprehensive service;
• You’ll stay up to date on the latest trends in the financial sector and translate them into tangible benefits for your clients.

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or finance, or has relevant experience in the banking sector;
• Has a proven track record of maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets;
• Is energetic, has a commercial mindset, and a strong interest in financial solutions;
• Has excellent communication skills and is skilled at building trust with clients;
• Possesses the necessary certifications in accordance with applicable legislation (Willems, Cauwenberghs);
• Is willing, upon successful completion of the training program, to work occasionally in the evenings and/or on Saturdays to ensure availability for clients, with the corresponding compensation;
• Lives in the Leuven region and has a good understanding of the local community.
