• Performing a thorough gap analysis to compare the current AML/Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) legal and regulatory framework with the requirements established in the AML Package, which includes Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS), Implementing Technical Standards (ITS), and Guidelines;
• Evaluating how well these align with the internal guidelines of the organization;
• Assisting in the execution of the remediation actions identified through the gap analysis to guarantee complete compliance with the applicable regulations.

• Bilingual in French and Dutch, with a strong command of English;
• Proven capability to operate independently on intricate projects while effectively liaising with essential stakeholders;
• Exceptional skills in analysis, documentation, and legal drafting;
• In-depth understanding of legal and compliance frameworks relevant to financial institutions;
• Background in the banking or insurance industry;
• Familiarity with the analysis of European Union and Belgian legislation pertaining to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT);
• Extensive experience in the field of AML/CFT practices;
• Strong project management proficiency;
• Knowledge and experience in financial services or insurance sectors;
