Zusammenfassung

TOMRA is seeking a proven Field Service Manager to lead our Field Service Engineers in Belgium. You will coach, mentor and schedule a capable team, coordinating with planning and support to meet customer commitments.

You will drive safe, dependable service delivery, manage escalations, and develop the team through onboarding and ongoing training. Strong leadership and clear communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading or coordinating field service or technical operations teams.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with clear feedback.
Fluent English and proficient in MS Office and service systems.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop Field Service Engineers to deliver safe, dependable service.
Coordinate with planning for schedules, dispatching and workloads across maintenance, repairs and installations.
Manage escalations with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Set safety standards, drive health and environmental practices, and stop work if unsafe.
Partner with regional managers on recruitment, performance and development plans.
Monitor performance, drive process improvements and customer alignment.
