TOMRA Food is seeking a proactive Team Leader for Field Service Engineers focused on Peelers. You will guide a technical team delivering safe, dependable service while coordinating with planning and support to meet customer commitments.

Strong leadership, coaching and escalation management are essential. The role emphasizes safety, process improvement, and clear customer communication in a dynamic field service environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading or coordinating a field service or technical operations team.
Practical field service knowledge: maintenance, repair, installation.
Engineering qualification or equivalent with leadership evidence.

Responsibilities

Coach engineers and provide regular feedback.
Oversee onboarding and training needs.
Collaborate with Regional Service Manager on recruitment and performance.
Coordinate schedules and workloads with planning.
Ensure engineers have necessary information and parts.
Improve service delivery performance and processes.
Manage customer alignments and escalations.
Lead safety standards and respond to unsafe conditions.
