Job summary

TOMRA Food Belgium seeks a Field Service Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers across the country and drive the local service business growth with the Regional Service Manager.

You will combine leadership, customer engagement and business development to strengthen service operations and revenue, while ensuring safe, reliable service delivery. Fluent English and engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or developing people in service, technical operations or related business.
• Proven track record growing service revenue or managing customer accounts.
• Practical understanding of field service and industrial customer needs.
• Ability to build country plans and convert needs into service proposals.
• Comfort discussing revenue, costs and performance using CRM and service data.

Responsibilities

• Develop the country service business with the Regional Service Manager.
• Lead and coach engineers, balance day-to-day service with future demand.
• Maintain regular contact with priority customers and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with sales and support to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
• Review revenue, costs and pipeline; take action to improve delivery.
