WTS Energy Europe seeks a Field Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair energy systems at customer sites across Belgium. You will work independently in the field and collaborate with Support Engineers to ensure safe, reliable operation.

Responsibilities include maintaining ESS and substations, diagnosing faults, documenting activities and traveling as needed. A fully equipped service van, laptop, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering qualification (MBO 4 / TSO / BSO) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of technical field service experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience with power electronics is a strong advantage.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel across Belgium and neighboring countries.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and annual maintenance on Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and transformer substations.
• Diagnose faults, replace components and restore systems to operation.
• Carry out inspections, measurements and technical checks.
• Work with Support Engineers on complex technical issues.
• Document service activities, faults and materials in the ticketing system.
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools and equipment.
• Follow all HSE and safety procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes and customer support.
