Veralto (Esko) is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Flexo solutions in Belgium. You will provide on-site and remote technical support, install and maintain CDI/XPS hardware, and guide customers on Esko hardware and software use.

You will install Flexo software, optimize print quality, and work with regional teams to resolve issues. Travel to France/UK/Nordic regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum field service experience.
• Experience with electrical/electronic troubleshooting.
• Familiar with imaging/exposure devices.
• Experience with flexographic pre-press processes a plus.
• Proficient knowledge of software and front-end interfaces.
• Fluent in Dutch/English.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot CDI/XPS hardware.
• Instruct customers on day-to-day use of Esko hardware and front-end software.
• Install & configure Flexo software solutions.
• Demonstrate deployment of Esko solutions in live production environments.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to resolve issues quickly.
