Job summary

Your Role

As a Field Service Coordinator, you are the central link between our customers and Field Service Engineers - making sure every interaction runs smoothly and every issue gets resolved efficiently. You'll be trained to manage incoming service requests, remotely troubleshoot water purification systems, coordinate engineer schedules, and drive first-time fix rates. You'll also spot opportunities to recommend service products, initiate repair quotations, and support business development by transferring leads to our Sales team. Your input will directly shape how we innovate and improve our global Inhouse Service organization.

This is a permanent role that will require hybrid working (3 days per week on site, following your initial training period) from our Hoielaart office.

Who You Are

• Previous experience in a B2B Customer Facing role, ideally within a related environment such as Engineering/Field Services OR hold a qualification/degree in a relevant area.
• Proficient in Dutch and ideally French, with at least business level English.
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a true team player.

Desirable

• Experience in service coordination, technical support, or sales support role.
• Solid understanding of water purification systems and/or water chemistry.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce/ServiceMax) and data analysis.
