Job summary

MSF Belgium is seeking a Field ICT Specialist to provide 2nd and 3rd line ICT support within the Field ICT Team of the OCB. You will liaise with Infrastructure, Data and DevOps teams and external vendors to ensure timely incident resolution, and you will contribute to deploying and maintaining MSF and third-party applications across programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in providing IT and technical support to a diverse user community.
• Experience in project management is an asset.
• Experience with MSF or NGOs in similar contexts is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and administration of Microsoft operating systems, Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaboration with ICT Officers and Logistics staff in the field and other stakeholders.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support with external vendors as needed.
• Deploy and maintain MSF and third-party applications and configure endpoints.
• Prepare and deliver ICT trainings and maintain technical documentation.
• Respond to user inquiries and resolve hardware or software issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, and user requests; escalate complex issues to 3rd level support.
