Brayton Global in Vlaanderen, Belgium, seeks a deskside support specialist to handle Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking. The role focuses on troubleshooting, asset tracking, and end-user support across local offices.

Candidates should be comfortable with on-site work, documentation, and occasional travel between office sites; standby/on-call rotation may apply. CompTIA A+ or ITIL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a deskside support, IT field services, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Experience with device imaging and deployment tools (SCCM, Intune).
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and AV hardware setups.
• Excellent troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and asset tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Willingness to travel locally between office sites (valid driver's license required).
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (~15 kg).
• Participation in standby/on-call rotation (evenings, weekends, or holidays).
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, ITIL) are a plus.

• Microsoft 365, Active Directory, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with IT asset management and hardware lifecycle processes.

• Experience with legacy operating systems and hardware is considered an asset
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and AV hardware setups.
