Job summary

Nostrion builds a sovereign AI platform for organizations handling sensitive data under strict regulatory controls. We enable clients to adopt AI without relying on public platforms, keeping data, models, and workflows under their governance.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you work directly with clients to understand real-use cases, build vertical proofs of concept, and turn pilots into scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, CS, AI or equivalent.
• Strong ability to translate customer input into practical AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, speed and adoption focus.
• Experience in consulting, data analysis, AI delivery, or customer-facing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems in industries and define valuable use cases.
• Build vertical proofs of concept and turn pilots into scalable platform features.
• Own end-to-end delivery loop: problem, prototype, validation, adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, AI and Platform Engineers, UX to turn problems into solutions.
• Guide customers on using AI and help shape future platform capabilities.
