NewRocket, in partnership with Anthropic, seeks a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflows for enterprise clients. You will work directly with customers to design secure, scalable AI solutions, bridging software engineering with real-world business needs.

You will apply modern LLM practices, including prompt engineering, RAG, and structured outputs, while delivering measurable value through client engagements and scalable platform contributions.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, AI-enabled automations, or agent-based workflows.
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise platform deployments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

• Deploy AI-powered workflows and automations within client environments.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and production-ready solutions.
• Integrate NewRocket agent packs, accelerators, and workflow solutions into enterprise settings.
• Collaborate with consultants, product teams, and customer stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable deployments across ServiceNow and enterprise ecosystems.
