NewRocket is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join the AI Foundry team. You will deploy, operationalize, and scale AI-powered workflow solutions directly with customers, blending full-stack engineering with enterprise AI delivery in fast-moving environments.

In this client-facing role, you will work with Claude and other LLM platforms, design agentic workflows, and contribute to NewRocket’s AI platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or related technical delivery roles.
• Strong engineering foundation with hands-on full-stack development and APIs.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications, AI-enabled automations, or RAG workflows.

• Client Delivery & AI Solution Implementation across enterprise environments.
• Anthropic and Generative AI Engineering using Claude and related platforms.
• Solution Engineering & Prototyping to validate AI-driven workflows.
• Full-Stack Engineering & Integration with enterprise systems and data platforms.
• AI Quality, Evaluation & Responsible AI practices in production.
• Product & Platform Contribution to NewRocket's AI platforms and accelerators.
• Systems Integration & Troubleshooting across AI workflows and integrations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration with consulting, product, and data teams.
• What Success Looks Like In The First 6 Months: deploy AI workflows and build trusted customer relationships.
