Mondelēz International is seeking a Facilities Senior Analyst in Belgium, working with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions to deliver an outstanding workplace experience.

The role covers facilities coordination, vendor oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure safe, efficient operations and high standards. You will manage maintenance projects and drive improvements, supporting CBRE's RISE values across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or related field.
• 2–5 years in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance coordination.
• Solid understanding of building maintenance processes and workplace services.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical service providers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for facility-related requests from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal and external providers.
• Manage painting, patching, refurbishment, and repair projects across the site.
• Oversee repairs to doors, windows, cabinetry, and workplace furnishings.
• Coordinate installation of shelving, storage, coat hooks, and fixtures.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure safe, timely work to high standards.
• Support workplace improvements to enhance functionality and employee experience.
• Apply technical knowledge to resolve operational challenges.
• Build strong relationships and communicate across levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate CBRE's RISE values through collaboration, integrity, service excellence and innovation.
