How you add value:
As a Facilities Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for a broad range of facilities and maintenance activities, including:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests from employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal and external service providers.
- Managing painting, patching, refurbishment, and repair projects across the site.
- Overseeing repairs to architectural elements, including doors, windows, cabinetry, and workplace furnishings.
- Coordinating the installation of shelving, storage solutions, coat hooks, paper towel dispensers, and other workplace fixtures.
- Monitoring vendor performance and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Supporting workplace improvement initiatives that enhance functionality, efficiency, and employee experience.
- Applying technical knowledge and best practices to resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrating CBRE's RISE values through collaboration, integrity, service excellence, and innovation.
Who are we looking for?
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance coordination, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of building maintenance processes and workplace services.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and technical service providers.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
