NH Collection Gent is seeking an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations across the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, meetings, events and banqueting. You will lead by example and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with Minor Hotels values.

Partnering with the F&B Manager and other departments, you will ensure seamless service, maintain high standards and support training, scheduling and cost controls while maintaining a guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory Food & Beverage role within a hotel, restaurant, conference, or banqueting environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant, bar, breakfast, and banqueting operations.
• A hands-on attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsabilités

• Supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, meetings, events, and banqueting services.
• Leading, coaching, and motivating the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensuring Minor Hotels service standards are consistently achieved.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and handling feedback in a professional and personalized manner.
• Supporting team scheduling, training, and development.
• Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Supporting stock control and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assisting the F&B Manager in achieving operational and financial objectives.
• Taking responsibility for the department in the absence of the F&B Manager.
