NH Hotels & Resorts in Brussels is seeking an F&B Allround to deliver exceptional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will take orders, serve guests, and collaborate with the F&B team to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English are required, as is familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in similar roles is valued, and you will benefit from major hotel brand training and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar F&B roles is valuable.
• Vocational training in hospitality or F&B is required.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and high English level.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS software.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
• Maintain contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of frequent guests and preferences.
• Be aware of and offer the hotel restaurant products and services.
• Review daily specials with the F&B team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and prompt delivery.
• Set up and clean tables for restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Deliver checks and process payments using POS system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and increase F&B income.
• Ensure F&B outlets are clean, neat and guest-ready.
• Follow health regulations and service guidelines.
