Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is hiring an F&B Allround (m/f/d) for NH Brussels Airport. The role focuses on taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and delivering an excellent guest experience in our bustling hotel restaurant and events spaces.

Requirements include hospitality/F&B vocational training, fluency in French or Dutch and strong English, and proven customer service skills. Join a dynamic team with global opportunities and a strong Belgium presence.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/F&B vocational training required.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and strong English.
• Experience in similar hotel/F&B roles is an asset.
• Proficient with POS and MS Office software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to promote guest satisfaction.
• Welcome guests and greet them per company standards.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Serve, upsell, and bill guests using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of restaurant and meeting spaces.
• Assist in banquets and events as required.
• Follow health regulations and brand service guidelines.
