Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel offers a Management Development Programs internship in our F&B outlets. You will support guest service across restaurant, banquet, room service, bar, and club lounge, with rotations to conventions and cost-control areas.

During the program you will learn from experienced supervisors, develop service skills, and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences while working a range of shifts at Brussels Airport.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Work across restaurant, banquet, room service, bar, and lounge.
• Assist in training and coaching junior staff.
• Support cost-control and convention-related tasks.
• Collaborate with kitchen, events, and front office teams.
