Keystone Solutions is seeking an Adobe Campaign Expert to join the Audience & Workflow Management team for consultancy-style work at client sites in Belgium. You will develop and implement campaigns, manage your workload with the team, and stay aligned with current marketing strategies.

You will work on constructing complex journeys, optimizing workflows, and sharing knowledge with peers to enable smooth transitions and continuous learning. English is required; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Adobe Campaign.
• Strong SQL programming skills and data-driven workflow design.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or French are a plus for daily interactions.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As an Adobe Campaign Expert, you will join the Audience & Workflow Management team within Marketing & Communications to develop and implement commercial and administrative campaigns for various client segments. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, carrying out all responsibilities under our consultancy model.

Responsibilities:

• Create complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign, some based on existing campaigns using SQL code.
• Continuously improve workflows for greater efficiency and personalized client approaches.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand existing campaigns and best practices.
• Work meticulously, ensuring high-quality results delivered directly to clients.
• Manage your own workload and planning in collaboration with your team manager.
• Stay up-to-date with current Marketing strategies to co-develop customer journeys, next best offers, and contact strategies with the business.
• Share your Adobe Campaign expertise with the team to support transition and learning.
• Quickly adopt a strong understanding of complex data structures.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with Adobe Campaign or similar Marketing Automation platforms.
• Mandatory knowledge of SQL programming language.
• Proactive approach with colleagues and stakeholders, working in a structured manner.
• Good knowledge of English and Dutch and/or French, as these are the main languages used daily.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with creation of complex customer journeys and workflows in Adobe Campaign or similar platforms.
• Awareness of Marketing strategies to co-develop with the business (customer journeys, next best offer, contact strategies, etc.).
• Solution-oriented and out-of-the-box thinking, proactive knowledge sharing.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and organizational abilities.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: If mother tongue, understanding French is a plus.
• French: If mother tongue, understanding Dutch is a plus.
• English: Good spoken and understanding skills required.

Work Arrangement:

• 50% on site and 50% homeworking in Belgium.
