The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, nurture partnerships, and act as a credible spokesperson for the organization, ensuring sustainable growth and meaningful impact.

• Proven experience leading organizations with strategic and operational duties.
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in Dutch, English and French.
